A small update to the input system:

- When using a game controller, the right stick now pans around the map. (Same behavior as dragging with the mouse.)

- When moving between two far-distant panels with the D-pad or arrow keys, the game may scroll "zig-zag" along the pipe rather than jumping straight. (This is a quick decorative animation which was already used in mouse-mode; now it's applied to pad/arrow-key mode as well.)
